Cookies are small text files that a website or service stores on your device to make things work, remember preferences, or measure usage. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. This policy explains how cookies relate to the Elyfo website.

We keep this deliberately minimal. On our own website we do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. We use a single functional item in your browser’s storage only to remember that you have already seen our brief intro animation, so it does not replay on every page — it contains no personal information and is not used for tracking.

Fonts are served directly from our own site rather than a third party, so simply browsing our pages does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Some cookies may be set by third-party services when you actively use a feature that relies on them:

• Calendly. Our booking calendar on the Contact page is embedded from Calendly. When it loads, Calendly may set its own cookies to run the scheduling widget. We ask Calendly to hide its consent banner where possible, but these cookies are controlled by Calendly under its own cookie policy.
• WhatsApp / Meta. If you click a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp and Meta may set cookies on their own platforms under their policies.
• Social platforms. If you follow our Instagram or Facebook links, those platforms set cookies under their own policies once you are on their sites.

We do not control third-party cookies. Please review each provider’s policy for details.

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before accepting them. Most browsers explain how in their help pages (for example, Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge). Blocking cookies may affect how some third-party features, such as the booking widget, work.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” browser signal to switch off on our site. We honour this by simply not running that kind of tracking in the first place.

If we ever introduce additional cookies or tracking, we will update this Cookie Policy and the “last updated” date, and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one.
